1. Reservations & Check-In

• Check-In Time: From 3pm

• Check-Out Time: By 10am

2. Cancellation Policy

• Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge by midday the day prior to booking.

• Cancellations made after this time will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

• No-shows will be charged the full first night’s rate.
  

3. Payment Terms

• Cleared payment is required in our bank account 7 days prior to arrival.  If not received, cash payment on check in is required.

• All prices are inclusive of GST.
  

4. House Rules

• Guests understand they are staying on a rural property and sometimes high winds, both of  which require extra care.  Guests agree to follow the requests outlined in our compendium to ensure the property and contents remain damage free. 

• All items moved from indoors or shed, to outdoors are returned at night and if guests leave the property.

• Due to the surrounding bush and high fire risk our entire property is smoke free.  This includes any open flames such as candles, Chinese lanterns, fireworks.

• Tui Suite is unable to accommodate children or pets.

• Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am

• Any damage to the property or its contents may result in additional charges.
  

5. Liability

• Tui Suite/Lakeview Lodge operated by Davies Teulu Trust is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

• Guests are responsible for their own safety while on the premises.
  

6. Use of Property

• Guests may only use the property for residential purposes during their stay.

• We require advance notice of any visitors during our guest’s stay.

• Unauthorized events or parties are strictly prohibited

7. Spa Pool

We offer private use of the spa during your stay and will leave guests in peace to enjoy it. To ensure it remains clean, safe, and running efficiently, we kindly ask for our guests help with the following:

• Before entering, please make sure all skin is free of lotions, oils, and creams.

• Always secure the lid when the spa is not in use to help maintain temperature and keep it clean.

• Daily servicing is required to maintain water quality. We’ll arrange a convenient time with you during check-in for our quick daily access.

8. Privacy

• There are two outdoor security cameras located on our property, which monitor the driveways.

• We collect and use personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
  

9. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if a guest fails to comply with our Terms and Conditions or behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner, or has previously disregarded our requests during a stay.
